Does CoD Black ops Call of the Dead storyline have anything to do with the Ascension Story line? (Richtofenn)?

well the title says it all like kino der toten and ascension had similiar/connecting story plots about like Sam and her dog and Nova and richtoffen nd the teleporter. But besides the easter egg in Call of the Dead with the original cast stuck in the room is there anything else? and if not does Call of the Dead have ANY storyline besides a movie set gone wrong?
