Hair problems about hair thinning?

i am 17 years old..and my hair has started thinning from my front scalp..and also hairlines...now der seems to be a little bald pathch..can anyone suggest me what i can do..any home remedies...and also my hair becomes greasier in a few days now..and it will aslo help if anyone can tell me how to regrow my hair
