How can I deal with a girl who says everyone's attracted to her ?

She thinks that everyone likes her looks and she keeps mentioning how everyone is attracted to her and so on. She always brings this up when we talk but at the same time she says that she is not interested in a relationship, that she wants to pursue other goals. I am definitely not attracted to her, I don't know why she is talking about such things. Could it be because she likes me? Could it be because she is a narcissist? I have no idea.
