Dump him, move and change your number. That guy is bad news. From that I assume he has a personality disorder. There is no instant cure for those unfortunately. Occasionally personality disorders can be helped with intensive therapy, like DBT for borderlines. Don't even consider this guy, unless he goes through intensive therapy and has changed. Please, save yourself.
