What do i do??????????

My little brother convinced my parents to let his friend move in. His friend is an idiot who does nothing but be loud. Since he has moved in i have had no peace, he constantly invite his friends over so our house is full of kids who eat our food, get the cops called over to my house, and steal from me. My parents are too nice to kick him out, but i'm about to go insane. Any help?
