Why is my ex trying so hard to kick me when I'm down? Please help?

Anytime someone goes out of their way to put you down, it is because they have a problem of their own. It is hard to tell what this problem is without more information about him. My advice, let the haters hate. Ignore the rumors, ignore the hatred, and respond...with niceness. Easy to do? No. But it will help, nothing will frustrate him more than you being happy for him and being nice to every mean thing he does. Also, maybe it is time for you to set your sights on the future and check out the other fish in the sea. And don't forget, get some support from your friends and family, maybe even see a school counselor and talk out some of your problems/get help for your depression. You never have to go through depression alone, and you shouldn't have to go through this harassment alone either.
